The dependability and ease of use afforded by the BD FACSAria™ III put the system in a class of its own. It is equipped with a fluidics system that's driven by positive air pressure, which forces sample cells through a gel-coupled cuvette flow cell. Take advantage of this patented design and next-generation cuvette. This design ensures that lasers are focused directly on the sample stream and that the greatest signal is created, with the maximum amount of light collected.

Increased Sensitivity and Resolution

BD Biosciences has introduced innovations in the cell sorter’s optical system that effectively increase both sensitivity and resolution, and maximize signal detection. This enhancement includes each color in a multicolor assay. These combined innovations mean that even dim populations can be identified and sorted with ease. Concerned about flexibility? The BD FACSAria™ III can support six lasers and four spatially separated beam spots. With the choice of multiple wavelengths and upwards of 20 detector positions, researchers can measure up to 18 colors at the same time.

Superior Controls and Analysis

BD’s software, FACSDiva, offers an excellent, efficient, and simple way to set up, acquire, and analyze flow cytometry data directly from the workstation. Because this software is common across many BD cell analyzers and sorters, researchers gain the flexibility to more easily move assay design and optimization to another platform. As well, you can preview and sample data from multiple samples using an automated acquisition process.

Operating lease payments are also 100% tax-deductible, making them a sound financial investment.
